If camping is your passion, grab your gear because Langlade County offers it all from primitive to full-amenities RV camping!

You can experience the Northwood's atmosphere when you camp among the vast hardwood forests and our picturesque waters. There are four public campgrounds with all the amenities, and numerous private campgrounds and resorts offering a wide range of accommodations. Try Forest Lake, Ada Lake, and Boulder Lake camping areas in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Veteran's Memorial Park (Jake Lake) in Langlade County, or Lake Park RV Park located within the Antigo city limits.

For those of you who prefer a more remote and rustic camping experience, spend up to 14 days wilderness camping anywhere in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest (unless otherwise posted). Remember to check off-road vehicle and possible fire restrictions.
